A–The process is simple and easy! All you do is give us a deposit on your suite equal to 1 week’s rent and sign our plain-English rental agreement. That’s it.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease agreement?
A–Absolutely not. Our lease terms contain early release options, so if something happens are you need to relocate, you are not stuck paying for months of rent after you leave.
Are there any hidden costs?
A–No. Everything is included in your weekly rent: Towels, styling capes, daily concierge service, hot and cold beverages, all utilities, including Wi-Fi, community, and most training events.
Can I work whenever I want?
A–Yes! You have 24/7 access to your suite and can work the best days and hours for you and your clients.

A–Yes. You are welcome to share your suite with a friend. We don’t charge extra for sharing.
I only want to work a day or two a week. Can you help me with that?
A–We have a unique program called “SuiteShare.” You pick the day or days each week you wish to work. It’s a great way into the “suite life” while growing your business to afford your own private suite.

A–Yes! We love it when our professionals do well with their businesses! When you’re ready, we will move you to a larger or premium window suite at no charge other than the increased rent for the new suite.
I’ve never worked in a suite before and am a little nervous. How do I know if a suite is right for me?
A–Nearly everyone feels anxious when considering moving from a salon to a suite; it’s normal and, frankly, healthy. Talk to us. We can help you with budgeting to see if a suite is right for you or if you should wait a bit more before deciding to start your business at bello.
Can you help me start my own salon business?
A–Of course, we’re happy to help. The first things you will need are:
